Welcome packs!

We were pleased to be able to hand out a small Welcome Pack to our new Modern Pilates students starting on last week’s Diploma in Teaching Pilates course.

There is music CD as well as a Yoga/Pilates block and a resistance band.  Thanks to Pure Energy (pureenergymusic.com) for supporting us with discounted music.  We have over the years regularly used Pure Energy Music within our Pilates classes and other exercise classes.  It’s great to have their support.
