Great start to the Matwork Course!

We have had a great start to our latest Matwork course (YMCA Awards Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates) and as always such a lovely group to teach. We have added a few photos from the physiotherapist led section of the course with Physiotherapist Jo Burrows. Have skeleton….will travel!
