After 17 ½ years of working for the Post Office Sue decided to follow her passion for teaching fitness (which she had been doing outside work for 7 years) and left a well paid job to run her own business.

After studying and passing her Exercise to Music qualification in 1995 Sue met Cherry on a Fitness Weekend and was inspired to train in Modern Pilates, qualifying in 2002.

Since then she has studied further to gain her level 3 qualification, and subsequently her teaching qualification (Cert Ed) in 2006. Sue has seen the benefits Modern Pilates can bring to participants and course attendees alike and often uses Modern Pilates based exercises as part of her work as a therapist.

Sue tutors and assesses on Modern Pilates courses and is Director of Peak Therapy, running a successful clinical practice alongside teaching classes throughout Derbyshire.
