Sheila took up Pilates approximately 9 years ago after having her own muscular back and neck problems. After a short time the difference was significant.

As a coach working with elite athletes she decided to train in Modern Pilates in order to help other people with their own personal back problems and injuries, whilst also providing training to enhance the performance of athletes working with her.

As a fully qualified Level 1 & 2 Tutor with the UKCC/ASA in both swimming teaching and coaching, she now runs training courses in swimming teaching/coaching and aquatic fitness. Also after completing the Level 3 Modern Pilates and training in Pre and Post natal Pilates she assesses in these training programmes too.
