Jo Burrows

BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy; MCSPMP/CYQ Matwork Pilates

Jo qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1991 and has many years experience as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist in both the public and private sectors in the UK and Australia. She discovered Pilates whilst working in Sydney and pursued it for her own fitness once she had returned to the UK.

This is where she 'discovered’ Cherry Baker! Since then she has gradually become more involved in MP and is now a tutor/assessor on some of the courses. Jo is a Mum to 2 small but busy children so now works part time for the NHS as a senior physiotherapist and teaches Modern Pilates in both class and individual settings
