Emma discovered Pilates during her university days whilst studying to become a physiotherapist. She had an inspiring pilates instructor, Bridget, who fuelled her passion for pilates and encouraged her to train and become a Modern Pilates instructor herself.

Emma has gone on to become a course tutor for Modern Pilates and has established a private physiotherapy practice at the Pilates studio in Glossop, combining her physiotherapy career with her passion of teaching private, semi-private, specialist and mainstream pilates classes as well as continuing her service to the NHS.
