Cherry must be one of the long-standing and respected presenters in the UK, involved in the fitness industry for over 29 years! Cherry was awarded of Fitness Instructor of the year award 1994, YMCA tutor of the year 1995, and nominee for Fitness professional of the year 2001 and 2003.

She is a director of Modern Pilates and has been instrumental in bringing Pilates into the 21st century. Cherry owns her own studio and delivers teacher-training programs throughout the UK both in fitness and Pilates. Cherry is renowned for her enthusiasm and fun delivery as well as her desire to share knowledge with a down to earth no complicated approach!
