Annette Burgess

BEd; NVQ TDLB Assessor (D32/33/34/36)

Annette began her career as a PE and dance teacher in London working within two secondary schools for seven years. She then joined the Central London YMCA Training and Development Department where she travelled nationwide and abroad developing, teaching and assessing a wide range of YMCA fitness qualifications.

She joined Professional Fitness and Education in 1999 as Training Manager to assist in the development of a larger tutor and assessor team. Annette works closely with Christine North-Minchella co-ordinating the quality assurance systems to maintain a high standard of tutoring and assessment procedures across all of the company’s qualifications.
Annette also works as the Northern Regional External Verifier for Central YMCA Qualifications (CYQ).
