The International Showcase in Blackpool sees the launch of our brand new One to One courses which are specifically designed for qualified Pilates teachers who wish to branch out into personal training or working within a Physio practice

. The modules include, Spinal Conditions, Hip and Knee, Shoulder, Diagnostic Exercise 1,2 & 3. Additonal courses also include Advanced Matwork, Neuro Pilates, Pregnancy and Older Adult
