Just got back from The International Fitness Showcase in Blackpool England. What an amazing event, so much variety and so many people!! Physical Yoga sessions were sold out and we want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone that attended and an extra HUGE thank you for all the amazing positive comments we received.

It was great to hear all the moans and groans as we stretched out Tight Hips and Hamstrings and inspirational to see that amount of people attending yoga presentations It was a great weekend and it was lovely to see so many past students and repeat delegates.
