Creator of Physical Yoga comes to the UK

Director of Physical Yoga, Canada and leading Yoga and fitness expert Simon Hodkinson has been invited to present at the International Fitness Showcase, Blackpool and Fit Pro Convention in April.

Whilst Simone is over here she will be shooting a selection of Yoga DVD’s for Fitness Professionals. This will be the first in a series of Yoga themed DVD’s and we are proud that Simone has been choosen to present this instructor series
