One-to-One Pilates

The One-to One Pilates course is made up of 6 modules. These can be taken as individual modules or you can work towards gaining the Modern Pilates One-to-One Pilates Award.

All our modules are taught by physiotherapists and adopt a ‘clinical’ approach to teaching. This give Modern Pilates teachers the ‘edge’ and you will be able to seek employment in health centres, Physio practices, alternative therapy centres, health & leisure clubs and even consider setting up your own business.

Once you have attended all 6 modules you have the option of attending a One-to-One Pilates Certificate Day where you will be expected to undertake some practical teaching and complete worksheets using the knowledge you have gained during the 6 modules.
