We totally understand about ‘busy lives’ and it is for this reason that our Gym*, Studio*, Advanced Fitness Instructor*, Business & Marketing, Chair Based Exercise and Modern Pilates* courses all have elements of home study.

We send you the home study pack prior to the course but you need to allow yourself plenty of time to read and complete prior to attending your course. * Allow 6 weeks.
