I am unable to take my assessment – what shall I do?

If you know you are unable to take the assessment at the time of booking we can place you on an alternative assessment day but please remember if may be some time before the next assessments are scheduled.

If whilst you are on the training you decide you are not ready for the assessment we can defer you. Please speak to your tutor and our customer service team to see how we can help you.
