Do you teach fitness yoga?

Fitness yoga often refers to Ashtanga yoga or Power yoga, when the body is constantly moving from one pose to another.
 

This is not our style. We take the time in each pose to focus on correct technique whilst improving static strength and active flexibility. All yoga that is adapted to suit the fitness environment can be deemed fitness yoga.
