Designed for midwives who are currently teaching or returning to aqua natal community classes. This course will further your knowledge in both ante and post-natal exercise prescription and looks at a wide variety of class formats including ante-natal, post-natal, circuits and specific muscle toning. It provides the underlying knowledge and skills to develop reflective learning.
An intensive 1 day course delivered via practical and theoretical sessions. It will introduce you to new choreography ideas and principles of circuits in water, which will add variety to teaching aqua natal. A comprehensive course manual and information for reflective practice will be provided and a Certificate of Attendance will be awarded upon successful completion.

Prerequisites for this course:
- Applicants must be qualified midwives and have completed the Aqua natal Introduction to Teaching course.
- It is strongly recommended that midwives have gained some aqua natal teaching experience prior to attending this course.
